NaSoWriMo 2013 -- Day 1

Aaaaaaaaand, we're back!

Welcome to National Songwriting Month!  The challenge is simple:  attempt to write a song a day in the month of May 2013.  Post your daily songs on your SoundCloud, YouTube, Facebook, etc. to share with other participants and the world.

We are so happy to see many newcomers as well as seasoned vets from last year.  Welcome one and all!

We've just updated our official list of participants here on the blog, so please check to make sure we have your correct information and links.  And remember to spread the word!  Songwriters can jump in the challenge any time.  The more the merrier!

We'll post daily songwriting prompts here.  If they inspire you, great!  If not, you can always go your own way.  Let's get started with a good old standby -- the love song.
